^{The name of the draw is the 100 Club, regardless of the number of shares.}

^2:

^{The purpose of the lottery is to raise funds for the sole benefit of Notley High School.}

^3:

^{The lottery will be administered by the Friends of Notley High School.}

^4:

^{50% of the total income collected will go to the Friends of Notley High School funds.  50% of the total annual subscriptions will be paid out in the form of a prize/prizes.  Prizes will be set on a pro rata basis of the actual numbers of participants at the time of each draw.  The lottery shall run from 1st October to the 30th September each year.}

^5:

^{The lottery will be open to anybody aged sixteen or over.  A purchaser of a share becomes a participant in the lottery.  Participants are entitled to hold any number of shares.}

^6:

^{The number of shares in the lottery shall be unlimited and each share shall be allocated a unique number.  However, tickets will not be issued.  Participants may discover the number of their allocated share by contacting the Friends of Notley High School.}

^7:

^{The subscription for each share is £12 per annum, paid annually in advance, either by cash or cheque (made payable to the Friends of Notley High School).}

^8:

^{The prize draw will take place monthly, at any Friends of Notley High meeting or an event in the school at which three or more committee members are present.  Prize numbers will be drawn at random.}

^9:

^{Winners will be paid by cheque, which will be sent to the last known address held by the promoter.  It is the responsibility of the participant to advise the Promoter of any change of address.  Any prize cheque not cashed within six months will be deemed a donation to the Friends of Notley High School.  A list of prize winning numbers will be available from the Friends of Notley High website and also on the Friends of Notley High board in the school reception.}

^{If any member fails to renew their membership, the shares will be resold.}

^{In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision of the committee is final.}
