About The Friends

We are a group made up of parents and staff whose main aim is to support the school both by fundraising and by providing extra pairs of hands at various school functions.

We aim to meet approximately every 6 weeks for a couple of hours and although there is business to attend to we deal with it in an open and friendly manner, where all are encouraged to have their say. If you feel you would like to come and join us, you would be very welcome!

Over the last 4 years we have raised in the region of £5,000 per year by running discos for Years 7, 8 and 9, Quiz Nights, Coach Trips, Summer Fetes and Grand Draws.
We are fortunate however to have other opportunities open to us to raise money. Donations are extremely important. These can be time, money, items for sale, donations for raffles or offers of services and skills.
